On the heels of the Great Recession, we saw an opportunity to reinvigorate the tumultuous condominium real estate market when Louisville’s most luxurious Condo Building, Seminary Woods, fell into foreclosure.

In 2016, Our team purchased and rebranded the property The George at 42, to meet the growing demand for high-end condominiums in Louisville's East End. We breathed new life into the luxury, 55-unit project, completing the unfinished units and renovating community amenities, including indoor garages, wine cellars, fitness and pool facilities.
