Pluris started in 2008, in the middle of a market crash. We believed the best time to build something was when everyone else was standing still. Colin had spent years managing, building, and selling real estate. Matt had built his career in finance. We brought those experiences together to create a firm where individuals could invest alongside us.

Since then, we haven’t stopped building. We’ve been involved in more than $800 million in projects. Today, our brokerage helps people find homes and helps businesses find space. That same instinct keeps pulling us into businesses connected to real estate. In 2025, we started True Landscaping to care for the properties we own and the properties our clients trust us with. We believe those properties deserve the same care we’d give our own.

Our name comes from the Latin for “great value.” It’s still the whole idea.
