Pluris started in 2008, in the middle of a market crash, when we decided the best time to build something was when everyone else was standing still. Colin had spent years managing, building, and selling real estate. Matt had spent his in finance. We put the two together and created a firm where individuals could invest alongside us, and we haven’t stopped building since: more than $800 million in projects and a brokerage that helps people find homes and businesses find space.

That same instinct keeps pulling us into the businesses around real estate. In 2025 we started True Landscaping so the properties we own, and the ones our clients trust us with, are cared for the way we’d care for our own.

Our name comes from the Latin for ‘great value.’ It’s still the whole idea.
