With a keen eye for development opportunities in our native market, Pluris recognized the value of investing in the Lyndon neighborhood. Amidst a major Louisville corridor sat tremendous potential for growth. In 2022, the team purchased an underperforming retail center with the intention of reimagining the space to attract new tenants and local patrons.

Rebranded as Lyndon Yard, the 52,000-square-foot office and retail center was redeveloped in only 8 months and received upgrades to both the exterior facades and interior spaces. With a new, modern feel and under Pluris’s property management and commercial brokerage guidance, Lyndon Yard’s occupancy increased by 15% and was fully occupied only 1 month after opening.

Pluris continues to manage the property, prioritizing fresh, diverse, local tenants.
