The greater New York City condominium shortage persisted into the late 2010s and another redevelopment opportunity arose in 2018 on the Upper West Side. Similar to the River & Warren project, we embarked on a journey to convert the existing 196 apartment units to 117 luxury condominiums to satisfy this continued demand in the market.
Located at the prominent corner of West 72nd and Broadway, 212 W. 72nd, formerly The Corner, is home to bustling retail offerings and is directly across the street from local and intra-market subway stations, providing convenient access throughout Manhattan. The project is also walking distance from city hot spots like Central Park, the Lincoln Center and Broadway & Columbus Avenue retail corridors.
With renovations still underway, occupancy steadily climbs.
